Best part of this place is metro 50 is near and spectrum mall will be near.

Reason being multiple food joints present in the market place.
It also has chemist, botiques, general stores, handlooms and kitchen center and what not.
There are kisoks for clothing as well, phone repair, paneer seller and lots more.
So for the person living in the area or nearby something will definitely pull you in this market and if not you are missing some gems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my known owns a flat there. This project has been delayed already by 4 yrs however we are seeing that work has started happening again.
Issues are like there is only 1 lift currently installed and there is a plan for 2nd as well but no confirmed date on time.
There is a lot of dust as construction is still in progress.
Pros are that many markets are available nearby to purchase daily things, a new metro project is coming opposite to the society.
**Update October 2018- metro station is right opposite to this society, spectrum mall is also on the cards with worldwide famous brands, lots of eateries around. Things have improved a lot since the last time, construction work has taken up pace.
Maintenance services top notch, things happen within hours of registering a complaint.
Just opposite, trampoline Park has come up.
