Staff is ready to quarrel if you ask for posession timelines.
Charged green facing PLC but didn't provide.
Added commercial space for self benifit and to hamper security.
Bad parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is full with dust, pollution , some times we feel breathing problems, lot of power cuts specially in midnights.. Unwanted desi dogs can become your guest anytime. If you take my openion dont go for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own an apartment in this society and I am living here for the past two months. I must say that its location is very strategic in terms of an upcoming metro station. There is a huge upcoming Business/ Shopping complex very close to this society viz. "Spectrum@Metro".
As the last phase of this society is still under construction, it will take another 5-6 months for the society to become fully operational.
As compared to the other societies in the area, it is a budget society and that is only because the club of this society is under construction. Though, a very good tenporary Gym has been arranged by the builder.
The apartments are well ventilated, full of sunlight and spacious. The society is also very spacious and well laid out. The lifts and other amenities of the society are good in quality and are from renowned brands.
A ration shop, salon, chemist shop and an eatery are already operational. There are number of other shops which will too become operational in coming months.
From a buyer prospective, I personally consider that this society would be very valuable in some months. A potential and a wise investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A best ventilated society comparing with others in the nearby area.No much walking when you enter in to the society. Sizes of the room is also good when we compare with other societies, of course, size of the flat matters. connectivity is really good. Yes dust is here and i guess it's because of the construction which is still going on.Yes, builder hasn't completed few things which he should have been until now. Moreover he had saved me from paying the rent so I am happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place to live. I live in white house the society is good. If I talk about infrastructure then space in each flat is quite good. You won’t feel congested here. Now about location, it is situated at prime location peaceful place. Only 5 min. walk from society to metro station(aqua line).
Must come and visit, if you are looking place to live.

Society should be developed keeping kids in mind. Could not find following:
1. Tennis Court
2. Skating Ring
3. Indoor Play Area for Kids below 5.
4. No Green Area for Kids to Play.
5. No Basketball Court.
Lack most of the Modern Amenities. Gives the feel of Builder Floors in a High Rise Form.
If these things can be worked out, then it will make a mark.
