Anybody investing money in this property is a fool. I am a living resident of this society. Brokers will lure you by offering cheap rates but don't fall for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and Fraud Builder, No amenities in the society as were promised by the builder before starting the Project and We invested into that. No infrastructure developments and the builder is also absconding after not completing the work.
The UP govt is also not taking any cognisance of the Builder on his deeds.
I own a Flat here and I am so frustrated that I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO INVEST IN THIS BUILDER - FUTEC GATEWAY owner - SANJIV SHARMA.
Say No to फ़ू-टेक !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much annoyed living here. Zero maintenance on paying 2400 per month. No Gym. There is no one to listen to you except those gaurds who have nothing in their hands more than hope. Water shortage problem every single day. Most of the flats are under construction, so you are sure to get 2 layers of dust settled at your door.

On the name of maintenance they only ask for money nothing works out.
Lifts are never working u have to climb 17-18 floors twice every week because lift is only for show purpose.
