★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. Builder is pathetic. Project was to be delivered in June 2016 but still not completed. No CC. Registery can't be done even after payment of stamp duty. Really was a bad choice to buy home in Apex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst apartment in sector 75, or rather in whole noida. No proper power connection, no water connection (borewell only), drinking water mixed with STP, lots of security issues etc. etc. List is endless. Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst management and AWS group (owners group) present in any society , dont get lured of their infrastructure becuase it's new , the AWS and JLL has agreed on to cut off and harrass the tenants only as the office needs maintenance money and owners will obviously not agree as there is no such facility , so their mid way solution was to charge tenants , I know many owners whose electricity bills are beyond 50k but nothing happens to.them but if u are a tenant here u will be deprived of electricity even at 1K

Being and owning a flat is a big deal here .
I work remotely in many places because of my film production line no one respects tht , according to these people in apex u have to own a flat here to atleast get heard.
Tenants are not allowed on building and society whatsapp groups where things are discussed ,
But at the time of contribution and thing they come to tenants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the place sometimes back and already found it in bad shape. First of all the road outside is to be maintained by 5 builders and nobody is putting in thr funds as all builders are in financial breakdown. Secondly oc is not there. Thirdly i found the sales team to be cheaters from the way they wanted me to convince to buy. I DID NOT BUY THIS PROJECT AND I THINK I TOOK RIGHT DECISION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residents are good but society and builder is pathetic don't waste ur money to buy flat here better to invest lil more lacs and buy actual highend society like Dasnac and others...No proper power connection no clean water.
Residents are facing prob on daily basis basically u will get problems as a addon gift with ur flat.
And lastly not at all good for tenants they will don't respect them at all in any manner tenants are like chalta phirta .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The society is not well maintained, as committed the builder has not completed the project on time, due to which the residents are not paying the maintenance charges so the maintenance problem is obvious. Be it lobby area, gym equipments, or parking, no management can be seen.
2. Secondly the builder cut your electricity without any intimation, anytime of the day, and force you to pay money so that they give your light back. No particular software is installed here, they according to their wish cut anybody's electricity.
3. Their is a discrimination between tenants and residents, and all the tenants are forced to pay the maintenance charges and electricity charges decided by the builder, rules are different for both. They are not even allowed to join society groups or even get-together parties , but during donations they are expected to join. It's advisable for tenants to search for better options.
4. Do not get lured by the fittings, or layout, you can't get them repaired once something happens to them.

They are having following facilities:
Indoor games facility for fun
Basketball, Tennis and Badminton Courts wherein you can play the active sport
Amphitheatre for live entertainment
Food Court
Laundry
Jacuzzi
Creche/Day care
Overall its a great place to live with the family and loved one's. Highly recommended.
