Nearest metro is noida city centre, upcoming metro will be sector 73..
Very calm and clean place. JM aroma flats are near by sector 50 red light, a small walk can drop you to sector 50 red light.
I liked the area, I frequently visit there. Liked the amenities they have provided for the flats, and additional facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though society is good but don't come to stay as RWA specially estate manager is worst. They ask everyone if you are owner or tenant. Discrimination is very severe. No common information sharing asvwhats app group is for owners, mails alsovfor owners. No communication with teanent who pay thousands of rs per month. Worst experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is best place for a family to live. Very soothing all around. Society gives natural feel and you can see greenery all around. Well connected with metro. Spectrum metro mall is coming up at a walking distance. Proposed Medanta Hospital is also at a walking distance. Overall, it is nice place. JM aroma sports awe-inspiring specification in terms of advanced and modern amenities. A list of features included in the project are ample parking space, near proximity to the city center metro station, wonderfully crafted landscaped areas, ultra high club amenities along with excellent sports facilities. Regarding Location Map, there is no dearth of advantages by means of location as the residents can able to make easy access to their residence from any part of the city. Any prospective tenant should stay away from landlord D301 jm aroma. One will lose money, security deposit and will end up having a traumatic experience..they harass and gang up to extract money, trouble so much that you just pay them to move out of that apartment. Really pathetic beggars who have mastered at harrassing tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance is good, having park, swimming pool, big parking area. There is also a small apne gym with barely 3-4 machines. Most of the apartment are of owner itself living there , but you can find rented too. Generally they don't allow bachelor's .
