★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is good but maintenance is pathetic. They act like goons and they charges absurd bills on the rate asper their mood. Lots of power fluctuations so u may end up purching new gadgets soon often.
NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE IN, it's better to pay high rentals in more regularised colony than this

Well maintained and great placement for every element of architecture.
Flats are well designed with good space and cross ventilation. Plenty of common area and greenery. Very good amenities.
