We had been to this place and pathetic vegetarian food with a limited spread. Paneer is too hard to eat and it’s a starter feels stale, Dahi papdi without dahi and soggy papdi, Creamy pasta without cream and dry. Nothing I can say it’s nice forget about wow. Not at all value for money.. highly not recommended not at all worth what you are paying.

There was very limited options and the taste was below average. Live counters is Indian breads for them. They won't even serve a welcome drink. They will put a bar code scanner on your table which shows a menu which is chargeable apart from the amount you pay for buffet which they won't even inform you is chareable. Buffet cost is 1100rs per person for 2 veg or non veg stater and watery dal, tasteless methi paneer. The ambience, courteous staff can not alone help the price we pay vs poor quality/limite food. You spoiled my day and i would never come back nor recommend this place to anyone. You wasted my day and money.

Had been for dinner and breakfast buffet. The options were decent. The food options may not be way too many but every course was part of the buffet from soups to desserts. All items in the buffet I tried was delicious and service is amazing. The chef and staff were all great but special mention to Samarth, Jaypee, Ayush and Sagar

I have earlier tried very few typically Bengali dishes like chicken mughlai and fish cutlet so when i got to know that aloft Cessna business park was conducting a Bengali food festival, i was absolutely ecstatic to visit. The cherry on top was the fact that their massive Bengali food festival buffet for lunch that would be available on 18th, 24th and 25th of March was priced very nominally at just Rs 999/- . To begin with i had a welcome drink with notes of gondhoraj lime. Next moved on to some fish kalia which was one of my most favorites in the main. There were also prawns that were cooked to perfection and served on skewers. You can also get beetroot cutlets and bhapa paneer that is a steamed preparation of paneer wrapped in a banana leaf and steamed to perfection. For the main course, you can choose to pick what's on the buffet or even request for a thali style service that is equally delightful and contains everything from begunn bhaja, aloo jhuri bhaja, papads, chutneys, beguni, luchi, mutton kosha, shukto, aloo posto and my favorite of all was the Kolkata style chicken biryani cooked in dum style with the traditional addition of the customary potato in it. I ended my meal with mishti doi that was served in earthen cups that was the perfect end to the lavish feast "amar bangla" (my Bengal).

Ambience is good, place is clean and neat for corporate. Variety of food and desert is very limited. No mutton or prawns. Fish is not good, very low quality frozen fish. Overall no quality of food and variety of food is limited. Desert is worst.

It's been 5 years since I have been frequently visiting Nook at Aloft. But never ever has the experience been so disappointing. Two of us visited for lunch buffet today, the quality of the items, like Paneer, has gone down drastically. On selection bit, for soups, there was just one, as a standard, there are always two soups, one veg and one non-veg. For breads too, there was just one type, soft buns. But most surprising was the desserts counter, seemed like they had kept all the leftover cakes in a tray, and named them as 'Assorted Cakes', most of them not even fresh. Pls see the attached image and you will know what I mean. You cannot treat your customers like this, your dessert counter was simply offending! Even service was quite disappointing today. Indian breads were pretty good though, full marks for that! Called the Asst. Manager to give the feedback. Post which the main Manager In-charge came, along with the Executive Chef Gulzar, heard our concerns, apologized and promised to take care of these going ahead. Felt very pleasant talking with the manager, kudos to him, he took my number too to inform me once they have full menu on the buffet, pls pass-on my appreciation to him. As a customer, I felt fully contended and happy, and thought will go back, rate the experience as 5 star! Then we asked for the bill. One of the service staff said that the buffet charges for both of us have been waived off by the main manager. We dint expect that as we were already quite happy after speaking with the main manager, but it was a delight no doubt, so we asked him to call the manager to thank him. Instead, the Asst. Manager showed up, and he brought a bill, waiving off charges for one of us only, which felt awkward & embarrassing. Now here is the point - Even if you had charged for full, that would have bee perfectly fine, as we din't expect any waiver at all. But if you were making a special gesture, but waiving off charges for one person, and charging for the other, I wonder doesn't Aloft has a heart and budget to afford the waiver for both? And that too backtracking after communicating to the customer that charges have been waved off completely? That was petty on your part, left a really bad taste in our mouth, seriously, we were pretty happy after speaking the with your main manager, this partial waiver did more damage than good!

A chique ambience for a Sunday brunch. There was a huge spread of buffet, which included chats, salads, indian, Italian and choices of desserts. The vegetarian options could have been more though. We enjoyed a pleasant brunch with some good live music. The staff and chef were really courteous.
