Don't know how to explain, Let me start with the taste: today we had ordered 1plate roti dhal,2 egg biriyani & one chicken biriyani but it actually not what was given to us the taste was not even similar to sambar rice, the chilled egg was kept in gravy-rice which was half cooked I believe it is a old stock or not cooked properly the first impression itself went completely down due to the taste which is most expected & important to recommend the caterers. especially the center placed in the tech park is to be more aggressive towards taste, quality & cleanliness but nothing I see here...
Secondly the Hygienic: Even after the pandemic situation especially the hotels/restaurants are expected to care more about cleanliness but here we didn't find a single place clean/Hygienic in serving, like- Plates was not clean & spoons are totally in uncondition really bad to have such experience in the first time visit.
On a serious note if these guys don't work on the quality, taste & the cleanliness it will be a bigger flop to gokhana & no point in continuing in the food industry coz definitely I/we don't recommend it to any of our contacts to have it even a one time try.
Would very much appreciate it if you can work on it & bring changes.
