They shared Job description and mentioned that, you have to join as a TOSALL employee and after you will deploy at client location Chennai. and you will get position of internship for 6months and salary will be 10k to 15k.you have learn everything then you will offered role as permeant employee.
But after done all process like written technical exam, F2F interview they will inform you that, you have to serve 9 months of internship period with 12k salary and at Chennai location. so this how they play games initially they inform us to serve on internship for 6 month and at time of joining they will inform you to serve on internship for 9 month. even after this there will no guarantee for permeant role in TOSALL they have rights to fire you.
so the point is, if they will fire you after 9 months, your internship period will not count as professional experience in most organization and again you have to start your career as a fresher. so think before join this company.
