First I thought i won't get the claim, but I got my claim within 24 hours.

Thankyou Kenko Health in my past I have taken the insurance but i din't used that benefits.
Yet its good that circumstances to take the benefits of that insurance did.'t came. But a big amount of premium i Had paid in two years.
But with kenko I'm getting a full coverage of hospitality and the a very good returns on my OPD expanse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff with no support for customers and no knowledge of their process. I was told to subscribe to 599 Individual plan first and later upgrade to 999 Family plan. Once, I took the individual plan, then they told I can't upgrade and made me buy Family plan which they didn't activate. Now, no proper response from Sales, Customer support executives. I wonder how they will respond to our medical emergencies. I am badly stuck with these people. NOT Recommending ecommending to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi myself kenith , I used to search a good health plan and got a catchy plan on insta ad...enquired about kenko plan and they suggested a good mini plan just 299 where I got a useful benefits in lesser amount...their service and claim process are good and fast....I suggest others to buy this useful plan...cheers...❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! They would not reimburse any payments.
All the prescriptions and the invoices have been shared, but they accuse the customer of falsifying information. They claim to check with the hospital, but simply don't want to reimburse the amount.
I have following up for more than a month and haven't received any response from anyone. After a month they accuse the customer of misrepresenting medical records.
This company is a fraud, they won't reimburse for anything and accuse you of all things possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling lucky for cancelling Kenko. Such a terrible experience. They mislead, falsify info to acquire customers.
They have absolutely worst customer service and sales teams. Please look out for alternatives.
Writing this review to help future buyers!
Only positive with them has been that the refund came promptly after canceling.
