★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience, I was waiting for almost 8 months to branch transfer from rt nagar sbi to panathur branch. I have tried online and other branch in panathur also raised many service complaints. it didnt work. I have submitted docs but still transfer didnt happen.
Sudha madam in Panathur branch helped me to transfer my accounr and explained the process. I appreciate her help and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic branch and worst manager. I went to open a bank account and the manager said we are short of staff and can process the application only after 2weeks. I told him I have taken loan from SBI other branch and need to open the account immediately he said you should take loan from my branch. What an attitude. Moreover, forcing people to open account from their bank is a wrong policy. They should be more worried about the loan.
SBI attitude will never change whether they do merger or whatsoever. They still function like a govt Babu. I have account with IDBI Bank, Indiranagar I must they their customer dealing is better than a MNC bank.
Unfortunately, I cannot give lower ratings than this so giving 1 star. Avoid going to this branch waste of time and effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this branch. All staff are moody and lazy. If they don't feel to work they simply tell you u are not from home branch till 12 we accept deposit for home branch ans ask you to leave. They also speak in arrogant way. No were its mention u can deposit till 12 for non-home branch. I wasted 1 hr over there.

Wanted to open a SB Account, followed their procedure went after 14 days of giving application expecting a new account & kit. Guess what !!
There was no sign of my application. They couldn't find it anywhere. I am concerned about my signed letters & ID proofs if they are misused.
I am thinking of sending an e-mail to SBI. Anyway they are overpaid government employees. worth for nothing. Always they give reason about their server down. They use fujitsu server as per my enquiry with Branch Manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite happy with the experience. Visited branch for the car loan and it was all pleasant experience altogether. Branch manager Rahul Devali was well mannered and really helpful in all aspects starting from filling up the forms, processing the documents till explaining the final agreement. The loan was processed really in shorter time without any hassle. It was unexpected considering the past experiences with SBI. Probably the young generation of the branch managers coming from educated backgrounds is keeping SBI competitive with other banks.
