★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amount of follow up I have been doing to get my Home loan transferred from PNB housing to SBI. Started in Jan then was on hold in Mar-Apr for lockdown and then started from May. Still not done. That's how SBI is ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is worst bank I have seen till date, there account opening process very pathatic, even during this covid were hardly few people at bank they took 2 hr insipite of carry all proofs and my account was opened in March I got debit card 31 aug and without pin and I can't even genrate it.
There customer service is so pathtic for every enquiry they say visit your home branch and PANATHUR BRANCH opposite TATA BAZAR is worst of all sbi they are just paid to come to office have there lunch go back home they make you round branches they make you feel they are doing voulentry service for us.
I really don't understand how Narendra modi scheme will reach poor, illetrate people as bring educated I am struggling for months.
