★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from SBI never change SBI .... Need to give private companies no need under government ...Hi I went to SBI on 16th Jan 2021 .. to open a account for my son who is 8 years old .. I asked the document what it need in that time only I told he is American born can I open account the person who is seating on counter 4 told no need birth certificate (but still I attached) ... They told come on 20 Jan 2021 .. I went there got the form n fill the details ... Again went to counter 3 (Kalyan) who is opening new account told mam u come tomorrow it's 4.30 that time ... Again next day I went there 21 Jan 2021 again after waiting 2 hrs he told mam u come on 28 I will keep everything ready ...it's a long weekend I will be on leave for 5 days ...ok fine I went on 28 Jan after waiting 20 Min he is telling can u come tomorrow ..really I lost my petions I told him I will talk with manager .then he told can u wait 20 Min I told yes ... After 20 Min of wait he n his couleage had some discussion n handed my case to counter 1(lady who is seating) she looked on it after 20 Min she told will give u call tomorrow ... Still no call .. today is 29 Jan almost 15 days I m going n coming there no proper response... Please help me ...

and in my 50 years of dealing with banks
this is the finest branch ,in comparison to any other banks I have interacted so far,
Staff leaves no effort to help you,they are courteous
,knowledgeable, efficient and ever helping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is fit for nothing except chatting with female collegues. Even though there are less number of customers in the branch they delay the work by just sitting and chatting. There are one two employees who respond politely and gets the work done.
