★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is good variety of collection of lights. Fan and geysers are also available. If you are purchasing in bulk for new home, he would mention to charge wholesale price. He infact gave price list and asked me to check from other vendors about the price. (May be sales gimmick). I checked price with couple of other dealers in next couple days. I didn't find much difference in price. All of them had quoted same price within 10-20 rupees difference. Since Shreyas was close to home I went with them.
They have free home delivery option and will deliver mentioned date and time.
They will replace/fix lights within warranty but fans and geysers we need to directly contact companies.
One biggest problem is they don't have car parking and need park car atleast 1km away from outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Extremely rude behaviour when asked about some lights. Sent a man to get some lights, and then the guy slammed the phone asking us to go elsewhere.
Also the same products can be found on Amazon for a lower price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good collections of lamps and shades. However they are not good at customer service. All staffs have attitude of buy or let go. They are not patient enough to understand customer needs and suggest the models. My earlier experience 7 years before was good where the owner himself will be in the floor to explain the lamp types. This place also is very very pricey compared to the chikpet counterparts. However the shop claims that their quality is better.
