★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sony is treating the contract employees as a second class employees and terminating the people like anything. Please think twice, consult the people who are currently working in Sony. Take a wise decision and consulting the family as well before joining to Sony as a contract employees.

Leaves for permanent employees - 46 days per year.
Work From Home - only 2 days for each month.
Tech Park - embassy tech village - super green and nice environment
No politics, as far as i know.
WebApp Runtime Development team is super cool and its manager kiran joy is exceptionally cool.

Very nice place to work in and able to enjoy the work life balance.
Never have I seen such employee friendly benefits and environment anywhere else.

Office space is really not so great but as company it is pretty awesome for employee. It always keeps motivating employees with reward and trust .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just completed 1 year in Sony . Prior to this I have 11 yrs of IT experience working in different companies. However I would rate SONY as THE BEST COMPANY to work for. At this point I feel like I want to work for SONY for many long years.
There are various reasons:
* Excellent WORK-LIFE balance, very flexible , so no pressurized environment.
* Lots of scope to excel and learn if you have the skillsets
* Great Employee Benefits including 50+ days leave a year, sooo employee friendly. Absolutely the BEST HR team one could ever get.
* Such a friendly atmosphere, NO politics. People are so NICE, it feels so great to be part of the setup.
* Amazing, Inspiring and approachable leadership
* Fun at WORK rightly balanced, Annual business meet is a great example
* Awards and Recognition is great, If you have stuff you will awarded and rewarded. That's the kind of encouragement employees get here.
I'm so happy now because I had chosen SONY !! I would strongly recommend SONY to everyone , absolutely No second thoughts if you are in dilemma to choose :)
