★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am putting one star as there is nothing lower than that here. Instead of 'stars' if there was a system to give feedback in points, I would have put 0.5 out of 5.
My experience with this place relates to a few months back. The hospital staff simply do not know how to behave incuding their so called Manager by some name 'Golok' possibly. They not only have ill trained staff but those staffs also thoroughly misbehave with people accompanying the patients including elderly women (and please note that the misbehaviour from their part was not due to any monetary as everything was paid for but due to normal patient party queries).
I do not recommend this place to anyone for their treatment.
The folks out there are not trained to interact with patient party. They simply need more training including the chap who they call as their manager (I am not sorry for sounding rude as my experience with them entails that I perhaps write something way more harsher).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A reputed diagnostic centre in North Kolkata, which has the technological competence and facilities to conduct a wide range of complex health tests. This is a big diagnostic centre, which is divided into several floors and has a hospital-like ambience. MRI scan is performed at the ground floor. SMS facility is provided, which informs you the amount paid and the amount due. My experience with MRI scan and EEG has been pleasant. I would like to suggest the management to install a shower ? for washing the hair after EEG. Good luck.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to come here for several days for my father's treatment . So, I saw - the public dealings of most receptionists are very bad . Three of the receptionists (probably they are juniors) are fit for that job. Not the rest ( Specially very bad - The receptionist who has a large mole on his right forehead and is middle-aged - fatty brown woman) .
But, when the senior colleagues are unfit for their duty, the juniors also gradually become like that, being influenced by the seniors.
The matter should be given importance by the authorities. Otherwise, the goodwill of "North City" brand will be finished . Because “Reception” is a backbone of all type organization .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with North City was nice. I had to do some blood test and USG for lower abdomen. Test reports were reliable. Most of the staffs are well behaved and helpful.

The scared the hell out of my mother
If someone has been advised of fbac or mammo. I would pray to all,not to go to north city because of the lack of training and ill mannered staff.
Tata medical (the one that ratan tata donated to kolkata)has world class doctors,trained nurses,technicians and most modern testing machines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diagnostic centre with most features and tests including all types of blood test, MRI, CT scan, colonoscopy, endoscopy and most importantly PET scan (only available here in whole of kolkata)
Better if they had online report delivery facility.
Another problem is the crowded place on the ground floor along with the poor behaviour of reception staff. If there were a few more receptionists or the place was shifted that will be better
