★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have adopted a golden retriever puppy recently.The owner of this pet shop is an enthusiast about any pet.Inspite of his busy schedule he manages to reply in case of any emergency and queries.He is very punctual about the vaccinations as well.Im looking forward to keep my paw friend under their care(creche) sooner when I ll be gone for a vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This creche for dogs is situated at Goabagan in Ultadanga at a private house. Humans and pets stay together, thus enabling continuous monitoring of entrusted pets. Though not a certified vet, they stock essential medicines for pets, especially dogs to handle emergencies. They are breeders too, of various types of dogs. They also stock pet accessories and leashes. Good care is taken of the entrusted pets at an affordable charge, including AC rooms, which include grooming and fooding too, though from outside the place appears not to be very plush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and pet caring people helped me adopt and now I trust them so much that I keep my puppy with them whenever I go out of town. And for all pet products and all they come deliver at home and keep a check on my puppy too... Same goes for vaccination. The owner snehashihs is a real pet loving guy whom I trust a lot....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional. My children bought a beagle from them last year in July (2020). It is now end March 2021. Till now we have not received the papers. My kids have been constantly trying to get in touch with Snehasish, but he ignores their calls. Waiting for the elections to end so that I can lodge a formal complaint. Advise all to not buy from these unscrupulous guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bought a beagle from here on the 3rd of July, and on the 29th of July we asked Snehashish to apply for the KCI papers. Since then, he has kept ignoring our calls and giving vague excuses whenever he does pick up the phone. He told us that we would get it by the 20th of this month but since then he has only been ignoring our calls and messages. We have been calling and messaging him multiple times every day this month but we still haven't received any response. Extremely unprofessional behaviour!
