★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for the locals to have some fun or to be married by providing a good place for your guests cheaply but undurstand that mostly its just for the people's in it I mean the residents of Northern Railway Colony.
But surely it's a good place for the cheap reservation and to host a party for your guests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent venue to organise small occasions such as birthday & retirement parties. Won't recommend this for hosting marriages until unless you have a good budget for spending on the tents and other set of decorations to fill in the open space ..

It's a bit warm as there is no air conditioning even in the hall.
Washrooms smells and that is nasty!
Rest is ok.
