Service: well maintained systems
Cleaning: clean atmosphere and hospital
Food: NRCH canteen with low price and tasty food n many other private vandor
Doctors: they all are best in their field

I was visited from 1 Dec 2021 and only documents creation , test...nothing less. very very very slow process . Behaviour of staff is very crul. Govt. Invest crore of fund and its only for railway staff. Even No preority for senior citizen. Emergency facility is very poor.... always try to esclate issue to OPD.

Dr. Pawan Malik is very unskilled doctor.
My fistula surgery (july 2021) was not successful and also deteriorated my condition. Lots of time wasted , increased problems Because of the doctor's wrong treatment.
I strongly recommend you never go to this hospital.

This is third class, poor and rubbish hospital.
Long queues everywhere and no proper arrangement anywhere. Maximum staff here is arrogant and rude. No respect even for senior citizens. Yes ,no respect for senior citizens. No one is there to listen the grievances of patients. For CAT scan, for PET scan, for MRI for Radiation and for so many other medical procedures they refer to other private empenelled hospitals. Here in this hospital nothing is to be appreciated. Totally a third class hospital with very basic facilities only. ZERO , RUBBISH AND THIRD CLASS.
Maximum of employees here have joined unions. They have too much arrogance in their behaviour.

In new UMID card , the option for selecting dispensary/ hospital has been given to pensioners, even then the senior citizen pensioners are harassed for referral slips, which is NOT possible for senior citizens pensioners.
If someone tries to meet Medical Director, the PA and security persons treat very rudely.
If you really love your patient please never visit this THIRD CLASS railway hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice infrastructure, a little inadequate staff at times. Have had the displeasure to visit here quite often this year. Baaki it's a railway hospital so to review it seems a little non-consequential. But, I'm bored right now waiting for my patient to come out of the OPD so why not.
