The management folks take the initiative and talk with people and make them understand the usage of products and what to avoid
The ambience is very nice and I would recommend going to Northwood for the experience.

Nikhil is the best person, he has done best balayage hair color..I really loved it. And I would definitely recommend to go North woodd salon. They are amazing. 5 stars from my side.
