I ready for my sister wedding but the provide only basic makeup.
i go for bridal package for my sis they said the provide best makeup but very slow service and wait for very long time.Even my sis (Bridal) also not satisfied.. Not good very bad service unhappy service. service provider dont know what kind of makeup we want he not good knowledge of makeup. Staff member not wear a mask.
In future i will never go for makeup on this saloon .waste of money and time.
Unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience we have booked almost 10 make ups and those who don’t have knowledge about make up and hairstyles they will trouble you most and they don’t know how to deal with customers and staff is not friendly I would not recommend some one hair palace atleast this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Bad hospitality i have been to different parlor bit this was the worst experience. The staff poor service. No working order we paid for 10 makeups ans there was no one to give the service. They took 3 hours to do makeup and hair for 1 person.
Here is a picture for the touch up they gave on my back. We can see the foundation was not properly spread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did kera smothing it was very poor service I thought it was a professional services but i was not . very bad. My hair has burn and i went again to show them but they said it has not burn hair really fake people. My hair has been damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can’t just pick the phone of your membership customers, what kind of service the customer should expect from you guys ? Today only , I did 5 calls and there was no response , and I didnt receive any call back from you guys and some of your branches like Dwarka they dnt even provide the contact number , you want us to first go there visit the saloon and then wait for your turn , waste our time for like half of the day.
This is the customer service you provide ? And you say we are Delhi’s number one ?
And you are a big brand from London

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever i hv seen in my life .. m a old client of hair palace pitampura branch since 3 years i was going to sakshi di ..one mnth ago she left the salon and my amount of 3000 + hair spa + facial + mani pedi was pending.. amount 3000 was clearly written in receipt that you can take any service its clearly written is simple language English not urdu or some other language… Once i visit there to mrs . Rashmi she clearly told me mam nails me adjust nhi hoga and yeh voucher Sakshi ka h ( what she mean sakshi ka h i was old costumer of hair palace not of sakshi ) then i asked her a number of complaint branch then she said ya ok will do nails .. I regularly visit for nails there I usually give 800 for nails extensions nd it was in voucher na of 3000 she cutted 1300 of that nails still I agreed with her bcz i was stuck and anyhow I wanted to adjust my amount .. nd she is behaving like m taking free service from her .. after providing 1300 for nails they have done worst nails product is not properly applied nd honestly its the first time with me … nails are getting removed in 2 days of extensions uneven nails . After that my hair spa and facial was still pending.. they have given service like koi free m krwa rha ho .. Jab bat amount deposit ki ati h toh abhi krwado abhi tak ka offer h bss .. and jb bat complain ki h toh no one can listen .. my 800 amount + mani pedi is still pending.. I request to refund my 800 + nails extensions amount nd keep your mani pedi i dont want to take that … When i was there many clients are making issues there bcz of services bt they are ignoring all of them .. its a highly request to Mr. Dinesh Arora to look into a issue as she is not replying now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done straightening or global hair colour from this saloon, after only 1 week later my hair is very fizzy whole hair damage , even they are not properly guide to customer, zero knowledge about the productd wt they are provided to clients . Nvere recommend to this pathetic saloon if any one want to loose shiny hair go fot it. Not luxury saloon it's ghatiya saloon
