I have been going to them for the past 15 years and they have only gotten better.
Once you realise that paying a little over Lamington Road prices is worth it because of time saved ... You tend to realise how much of a hassle going to Lamington Road actually is.
The shop is now run by the next generation of owners and the willingness to go out of the way to help you is exemplary. As can be expected out the gen next ... They are reachable via WhatsApp or email or phone call ... And they will respond most of the time ... Which is much better than 99% of the hardware stores out there.
If you walk in ... The guys there actually make you feel welcome and are willing to help you even if you are just browsing.
95% of my shopping is online. Yet I don't hesitate to go them. That's how good they are.
Yes ... You will pay a little more than online prices ... But most of the time they will match that price.
If you live anywhere north of Bandra ... I would recommend this store ... Screw the rest ... None of them come close.
