Can't blindly trust anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, wasted almost a month to get my laptop back not repaired. i have wasted my 3000 for the extended warranty. Company needs to shut down who can not help or understand their customers. So sad i have to give ONSITE min 1 star, i wish i had a minus - rating.

Well, don’t believe me, read few other comments. I wish I had read them earlier. BEWARE OF THEM.
I gave them my laptop for keyboard replacement. While replacing they broke one of the screw near the display in such a way that now every time I open the lid it feels like its gonna come off. When confronted they claimed that I had given them broken laptop and called me a liar. When explained that if I had given them broken laptop in such condition they (while checking the keyboard and while opening laptop) would have noticed. They agreed to fix it as a favour after heated unprofessional way debate though still calling me a liar.
Now comes the very interesting fixing part, they fixed it by gluing it permanently in such as way that now my laptop can only be break open. Woooo. I knew the damage and had asked them whether I would be able to screw open laptop, which they said yes - you can. When I asked them to just open the screw they fixed, their so called technician rudely said he can’t and I would be required to pay hefty fees each time screw is opened as it would break everything. Whether it was a fix and creating more problem, I leave it to you to decide.
Now why un-genuine. They replaced with cheap or fake keyboard, as few of the keyboards light are not working. When confronted, I was informed that Lenovo does not sell original keyboard and Chinese manufacturer compromise on something, in my case few lights. Again here, I leave it to you to decide their say, but would only say one thing that the keyboard which was replaced was not original Lenovo but already a replaced one.
To sum up discussion with the owner - he has survived for many years, still believed me a liar and providing me a good fix and keyboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever received and staff blatantly say lies. If dealing with the employees here keep every thing in writing or they will easily say it was like that. Had taken HP envy to replace the key board. After change the touch screen stopped working but they blatantly said it was not working earlier also. I and my dad we using it till last day and touch was perfect only certain keys were not functioning and hence the key board was to be changed. Not at all trust worthy. Real bad experience third class technicians. Would never do this mistake again to visit them
