Gave designs where you enter the house literally at the back. And have to walk half the house to reach the living room.It became an exercise where instead of focusing on the designing you had to first check if the design is functional in the first place.
Obviously you wont make your house with these kind of plans.
Waste of money and time.
Even one of our cousins had a bad experience where they approved the design very quickly but then after construction started the plan had basic flaws.
I am surprised at a 4 plus star review.Mostly by staff/family/friends no doubt.
Got to know of another case where they did the same. Took money and it reached a point where client had to let go of their services because they just couldnt bear them.
That's 3 cases now where first hand i have witnessed how bad they are.
