★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is only connecter between Bardhaman and Nadia, the boats are very bigs and carries life jackets also, rate is not so High, person 5 rupees, with bike 17, there is also jetty available for cars, and other vechile to go Bardhaman Kalna, a bridge has been proposed by gov.of WB to from Kalna to Santipur.but work has not started yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corruption corruption. On jetty few person s collect money in illegal way. And secondly office person collect jetty fare. But doesn't provide any receipts. Totally illegal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. They charge Rs.110 for personal vehicles without any bill. Creating black money. Plus Rs.10 for handling costs. Total Rs.120. A proper over bridge needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience overall was good......ferry services were pretty good but the condition of Ghat was awful....... authorities need to look into it. Paved roads are needed to avoid the mud.....make the ghats clean.
A good point to watch sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carrying your bike from this side to the other side is butter smooth. Lori, bus, taxi also carried From 5am to 10am. Then the whole night people can go this side to there by boat. Such an amazing place for afternoon adda besides ganga river.
