★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady! The technicians took cash from me and refused to give me a bill. When I insisted they said they would email it. Been 4 days no email yet. Also, the nail technician didn't know how to make the nails in both hands the same length?? I had to keep guiding her so she wouldn't mess up the length and the shape. Disinterested and terrible work, the gel nail paint has started chipping in literally 4 days!!!

2. Staff is very courteous
3. Choice of gel nail colors is very nice
4. Spa was very clean
5. I gave a 3 because the day after I got my gel refill done polish from 3 nails peeled off. I got those nails redone at no extra cost.
6. The nails were supposed to last me at least 3 weeks or more but nail polish from 3 additional nails has peeled off after exactly 10 days of getting them done.
7. They charge you 250/- for removing your gel nail polish if you have not got them from them previously.
8. I would want to go to them again but I found them expensive and was so disappointed that my nail polish has chipped off in less than 2 weeks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent staff and lack of quality products ! When I showed them the image of what I wanted to get done they agreed and then due to lack of quality nail foil and the incapability of the staff they could not perform the manicure. Took 2 hours for the entire procedure only to be disappointed.
Please avoid this branch of Nail Spa Experience at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone for gel polish, since my regular salon was busy. And i have been to this salon earlier. I was the last appointment at 7pm so my service was done in hurry.
In 24hours my polish was chipping.
They charged me 3 times the amount I pay at another nail salon. And aslo for removal of old gel polish.
Still badly done job.

Giving Tete a 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ way to go girl❤

They used pathetic glue on my lashes for lash extensions and charged 12k my eyes are in very bad condition right now because of there bad service I don’t understand if you people doesn’t have best beautician for service why you added this service.

Never heard of that before. Technician was terrible. All my nails are of diff shape currently! Didn’t have the time to show her each and every nail. No consistency
