★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with spacewood is normal, they are well organized, the team working on my project was good. Their job knowledge was satisfactory. Specially the project team and designer Mr. Sunil & Vinutha were good.
But there are some areas which is to be improved, the vendor working with them…the one on my project was not good at all. Still the issues which are yet pending are being addressed by Spacewood team I appreciate them.
Secondly the COST. They must be competitive with market, they have to work on it and have to be cost effective and most important is credibility and time management during the end to end project execution.
But I must appreciate the team of Vinutha, Naveen other guy called Honnappa (Painter), for their hard work and dedication.

We have very busy schedules and didn’t have time to spare but the Overall Experience with spacewood was Great.
Initially, I have started Interaction with Mr. Sunil and next day onwards I started visiting his experience center. He is very kind person, having good experience, helpful, knowledgeable, understands customer needs, thought processor, & finally our project execution was excellent.
Our requirements and designed the home the way I want it. He never hesitated, whenever I asked for any changes or modifications and comes up with good ideas & design. I Really appreciate his dedication & his team work.
Of course, coming to the execution time, Naveen was assigned to the job as our execution in-charge. He ensured us that we did not have to supervise anything, he is very responsible and trustworthy. Under his supervision, installation & execution work is completed within agreed time.
All things went very smoothly, even the Vinutha was very helpful and proactive, whenever I spoke to her or contacted for any queries she used to respond very positively. Thanks to Vinutha.
Cost is slightly expensive, what I felt in my project.
Material quality is good and worth for its value. Spacewood is always recommended. Thanks to “Spacewood” for the quality of work with perfection. Sunil ji hats up to you...you have done great job and keep up for good work.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend that Sunil did an excellent job in designing my apartment. As a designer, he is well versed in his technical knowledge and has a great sense of aesthetics. Sunil offered great design ideas, and also took into consideration my preferences and requirements. It also helped that Sunil offered sound advice so that the living space became one that is both pleasing and functional.
From the inception of the project to the handover, Sunil took effort to be on-site regularly to ensure the progress of the renovation went smoothly. He was also very responsive and responsible in providing updates. Sunil was able to conceptualise what I was looking for, and connected the dots to bring the vision into reality.
I would also like to thank Sunil’s team of carpenters and electricians. The quality and workmanship of the carpentry and electrical works are reflective of skilled craftsmen who are passionate in what they do. Overall, the project was well-coordinated and was generally smooth. Sunil was quick to attend to some minor fixes which were readily resolved.
The design and finishes create a warm and cosy ambience that is more than what I have expected. Once empty, my apartment has now become a place of relaxation, rejuvenation and inspiration. Many times, I come home feeling like I have retreated to a resort getaway. Indeed, a good design can create a welcoming home that will accompany you for years. Thank you Sunil
