I had ordered on 18th May 2021,still the order has not been delivered.
On the website the status just shows unfulfilled.I do not have any update on the order,no contact number to reach out to.
Only a machine generated chat support where no replies are given.
Please refund my money or fulfill the order with proper status.
I will never order on this site again
After waiting for one month my order is delivered on 17/06/2021.
But expectation vs reality is so different,expected better quality and fresh plants although the order was delayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though there was miscommunication about the delivery initially, it was promptly sorted by the Nurserylive team. I received my courier yesterday in very good condition. The soil was still moist when I opened the package. Thank you so much. I am really happy and loved the packaging.
Looking forward to lot more shopping from your website. I would highly recommend checking out their website for people who are beginners in gardening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could I wouldn't give one star also. Hopeless place. Please stick to known names like ugaao. They are much better and have some basic quality check unlike this disaster of a place. 2 out of 3 plants are without a pot and largely wilted. The box had more leaves than the plant since everything had fallen en route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic quality of Adenium plant i received. All leaves were pale and yellow and ready to fall at time of delivery. I kept some hope and gave sunlight to plant for each day for next 4-5 days. However leaves kept falling and plant is now without any leaves. I strongly recommend people to not use Nursery Live at all. They send poor quality material. Also email to their customer care or even to their CEO Nandu fetch no response. One can imagine the bad shape of this company when customer care as well as the ceo of the company don't have the courtesy to respond to your not one not two but Three mails on succession. I personally feel it's better to buy products from another good online nursery UGAOo who has a 1000X better customer care and much better plant quality. I am planning to complaint against Nursery Live in consumer Forum or other such platforms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received two of my three orders in an unusable condition. I refused to accept the one which came without any package with just twigs in the pot. The courier person said the packaging got spoilt so he's delivering in this condition. I refused to accept the same so he left it at my doorstep. Attaching pictures of the condition in which I received these plants. An entirely disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service. Only thinks about fooling customers. Received 2 damaged dried rosemary and marjoram plants. Please dont buy online. No one cared after they get there money. I only asked for exchange of the plants not even refund. But not even bothered. Instead asking mew to revive the dead plants. What a joke? Guys dont purchase from their site. They send you damaged plants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered for a combo of 4 indoor plants on January 23rd, 2022 by paying Rs.1199 online. But the delivery was too delayed and when enquired they said that they cannot deliver to my place as the place is not under their serviceable area. Two days before I got delivered the plants, unfortunately the plants were dry and shriveled. I had paid Rs.1199 and what I received is withered plants! Their customer care is not even responding to my ticket. SO DISAPPOINTING... :(
