★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to waste of time visiting this project. They are releasing 2-3 villas at a time and too distanct from main road. And quoting ludicrous prince of Rs 10k per sqf land base price for that project. Not worth it ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price expectations of NVT is way higher than the average in that area. The society is a bit far away from the road. Moreover (artificial) lack of invetory created by the builder seems to be a trick to drive up the prices. Not sure if it is worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artificial demand is created by the builder. The charges are more than 10 K psft.
They are also not open for customization.
There is no ventilation in common washroom. Moreover, it’s door opens in front of dining area. I am talking about Acacia.
There are far better options in the Whitefield in this range. This project is not worth at this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good look at the model villas and these are okay. By no standards, these are excellent or out of the box. By the time the construction gets completed, I don't think there will be any Woods left only ornamental plants which will be placed by the developer. A humble request to the senior management - please train your sales team better and provide them better ammunition to sell your projects in the most efficient manner. This project was launched during the first half of 2021 (March 2021). Everyone knows how the second wave impacted individuals and purchasing of these villas would have been anyone last priority. I've enquired about this project in September 2021 and since then until recently they maintain that they have only these 4 villas available - A4, W2, J12A and X4. The sales team tells me that they've sold out every other villa before Sept 2021. If that's true, with that momentum, these 4 units should have also been sold in a weeks time from then !!! And they want me to believe that everyone who bought their other villa had bought here too. Guys! please get real. We don't have time for your stories. At least say that these 4 units are sold out and there are nothing available. Everyone will take that for an answer, rather than giving these stale responses time and again during the conversation. Good luck to your project.
