★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a frequent Nykaa shopper (prive customer) but very new to makeup. I went here to know my correct shade. But I was hugely disappointed at the pathetic services they offered at assisting the customer with buying. The lady had little knowledge about makeup products or maybe she was just disinterested in giving me a good shopper experience. She cared the least to introduce me to application procedure of liquid or stick foundations. She even didn't know the prices of the products. When I enquired, she had a very rude response so much that I left the place even after selecting a product. The shoppers stop right in front has better sales people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is there.. Whenever I went to their store and ask for particular lipshade or product , it's not there.. It's always out of stock...Happened with me atleast 3 times.. I purchase things from online app but sometimes in order to try exact lipshade or to know about the product more I went to store itself but as usual it's not there.. They have very limited stock...Staff behaviour is not friendly they are very reluctant to show products ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I have been lied about the offer on the products. I have been told that offer on sheet masks are "Buy 5 Get 5". But I have been charged for all of them.
2. I have been given a wrong lipshade and that too with an expiry date of 06/22. With Nykaa's reputation I clearly did not think of double checking the shade they gave me. This really indicates that they just try to clear their stock when customer is not noticing.
Trusting the person there has been a mistake on my part and it is really disappointing to receive the kind of misleading actions. Even if you visit the store in case of emergency purchase, always check the expiry and how you are charged before leaving the store. Because they sure cannot be trusted.
Even though I have mailed about the issue to support mail id, I have not yet received any kind of acknowledgement or response from them.

The attached screenshot is the proof that they do not actually read the reviews. They have some standard format that they reply with for every review with a low rating.
Despite me mentioning that I have emailed Nykaa support in my review, they have mentioned the same thing in their reply. I highly doubt that the edited part of the review is going to be read. Putting reviews here is just a waste of time.

Most pocket friendly stuffs are always out of stock & the shopping assistants will try to confidently push sale available makeup for your skin which is visibly unsuitable or starkly wrong for you. They are disinterested in assisting buyers & always recommend pricey alternatives. You will be looked down if you aren't hovering around the Murad or Mac kiosks. They are all decked up but has zero knowledge of makeup. A total flopshow. Shopper's stop cosmetic sections are way much better than Nykaa trends in the Acropolis Mall.

Firstly, the beauty advisor, Karishma Giri, was super helpful and quite knowledgeable.. she was also one of the few advisors I have seen who are more concerned about the customer rather than merely pushing products.Very commendable. Secondly, I had a payment issue with Gpay and I am touched by how they supported me in giving me the products despite my payment being stuck. The issue got resolved from the bank much later but they gave me the products on sheer faith. They have earned a loyal customer. Kudos to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit their store often and the variety as well as the service is amazing. Deepa knows exactly what you need and will guide you really well. Everyone is well behaved and polite. Unlike most cosmetic stores they don't push you to buy things you don't need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning I felt good. But then the horrible revelation happened. They sold me very expensive products but they gave the WRONG shade. They cheated on the offers and fee products. I cannot believe being cheated by the company I so dearly love. I have to revisit again to get the right shade now. I can't believe that they tried a shade on me and then the full size product was a different shade! Who will compensate for the time, energy, and resources wasted in this?
