Had a good experience with the customer care. The delivery courier had misdelivered the product, and the customer service executive helped in getting a replacement order.

Yet to use the product.. But I met Anirudh from customer support..he helped to opt for the right UPS for my current router.. He was swift and humble.. Kudos to Oakter for having dedicated employees like Anirudh.

I purchased the Oakter Tankbolt from Tata Cliq. It has been a nightmare dealing with the customer care. Though we waited it out for 2 months during which they provided a new sensor as well, we constantly had issues either with the app or with the sensor itself. The water would over flow every 2 to 3 days and we had to keep climbing up and down endless number of times doing all their procedures over and over again! PLEASE NOTE- NEITHER TATA CLIQ NOR OAKTER WILL PROVIDE A REFUND ON THIS PRODUCT. SO BEWARE. Such a waste of money.

I have had an excellent experience with Oakter since the last five years. Have been extremely happy with their products and services so much so that I've had their equipment installed not only in Delhi but also in the remote mountain of Darjeeling. What inspired me about continuing with them is their first class service everytime. All their staff whether in the sales, managerial positions (Mr Vijay) or the service executives are not only well qualified but also very courteous and cordial. While in Darjeeling after having called a local electrician who couldn't even understand Hindi, one of their service executives Mr Pawan was kind enough to speak to the fellow in the Nepali language and get my 25 amp for the geyser installed over the phone itself for which I am truly grateful. Id like to take this opportunity to profusely thank Mr Pawan for this assistance on his part. Thank you Mr Pawan once again. Moreover after the coming of Amazon Alexa integrated with their devices, now everything has become more convenient with just the voice command to further simplify things. One doesn't even have to get up now to switch anything on or off or even reach for the mobile to do that. Moreover schedules can be set up for each device independently for them to turn on or off at the time we want or when we want. Their Oakter lock can be opened from anywhere which is a blessing for all of us who have parents at home so that the neighbors or others we desire can have fast access in case of any unsavoury eventuality. To sum up, their products and their service is simply impeccable. Will definitely approve it to others. It rather becomes a blessing in disguise over time controlling their products from anywhere across the earth. Moreover,also acts as a deterrent for thieves. One can switch on and off different lights in different rooms thereby confusing unsavoury people keeping a watch on the house. Better still, fix a timer for different lights to switch on and off at different intervals. Having said this, I've had friends blaming me for being at home and not opening the door for them while I was out of station. Hence a perfect anti theft system too...

As we work from home due ongoing pandemic, we are fed up from frequent power cuts in our area. We are struggling to do work from home in this worst power cut situation. It goes on hour and hours with out any reason. Not having an Inverter in home. will do some extensive research I did over the period of last few months that made me take the buying decision of Oakter mini UPS for 12V Wi-Fi router. My personal experience and observation, this is the best alternative for not having inverter and generator connection. I have been using it from past few months and there are no issues at all. Just PLUG-N-PLAY and forget it does its job hassle-free. The size of this device is amazing. A pocket size and very compact.Really a great product. It saves lot of space and power due to smart battery management. Good quality, Modem supports 12V, Easy to install and Tested Backup is 4 plus hours. No fluctuation whenever electricity goes and comes back.The delivery and packaging is at their best as usual from the seller. Thanks to them. Happy to recommend this to anyone looking for a Wifi modem UPS.

The Product was purchased and delivered by AMazon on 6th of Jan. It was good and working fine until 25th March. I haved raised a complaint to Oakter directly as the product was on warranty. They checked and initiated a replacement of the product. They picked the product and delivered a new one on 4th of April 2022. The new one which I received is a dead product which dont work. I raised it again to Oakter and now they are saying another replacement will be provided, as I was fed up of this Product I requested for a Refund & now they are telling me to reach out to Amazon for the refund. The policy for the return in amazon is 30 days. I lost money, product is not good and I do not recommend anyone to purchase this product. The support team is also not helpful. I suggest to go for other good Brands rather chosing Oakter.
