Most employees are irresponsible. Total lack of coordination/ communication between the office staff and field staff.
Very slow speed of service.
The single star is given for Ms. Amita only.
Moreover, changed their company policy overnight of not accepting cheques and working thru NEFT only leading to delay in delivery of BL.
This shud have been conveyed in advance but it happened at the last moment leaving very bad taste
