Worst Company!!!.
After giving many rounds of interview they offered me Informally on whatsApp (screen shot attached) asking many times to resign from current company and join their company from 7th Feb 2022 they promised me to give offer letter and ask me to take leave from current company for knowledge transfer (On 31st of January) and handling roles and responsibility. On the name of Knowledge transfer they wasted my whole day and next day they informed me that they are retaining their current employee. They thought of retaining their current employee on the last day of her notice period after offering me her position.
Luckily I did not resign from my current employer otherwise they would have wasted my career.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole Incident & Allegation is not true, we see one side of coin not other side. Blaming individual and company does not suit any professional. I would like to elaborate this case, she was shortlisted candidate for HR Executive. Offer letter was not issued to her and she was called for the trail first. My executive was serving last day of her notice period. This is fact, We want to retain our old resource who is asset of the company but not in intention to hurt someone's sentiment who have not yet joined in the organization. My executive got call from Director and after discussion she was retained in the company. If in any case offer letter would have been issued and resignation of the candidate received, we certainly give joining to that candidate only.
