Founders are not aware of what going on with employees, besides to meet founders its a kind of dream comes true. Most of all, HR- I havent seen HR like them before. Good for people of their thoughts, not for professionals.

You can join if want to work around unprofessional HR's and owners, else it would be your destiny if you get a chance to work under good managers. However, all the good managers have already left this company. So, good luck if you still want to work here. The office in amritsar har broken chairs and worst HRs like M. Kaur with ex kochar employees in it dept
