Delivered on time..
But don't know how to install or affixed it..
Even my fastag account is not activated yet in paytm app..
I cant add or manage it yet..
Worst experience i had from paytm..
The didn't attend the toll free number for proper guidance too...
This all for threatening to people to get 500 rs.
well planned to get money from people...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered fasttag on 24th NOV, it is not delivered till 16th December, worst customer service, worst app, which took some old address in my profile and i didn't had option of changing and their customer service is so horrible and kepppt some AI machine which can't understand customer problems and reply hopeless response, never buy anything from here even if they give it for peanuts. Their secure OTP doesn't match and courier boy will not deliver even after I manage to receive product at my old address!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased first time a toys for my kids on 24 January 2022. But seller has sent me different toy. I asked customer care through chat because Paytm mall has no direct contact number .After so many message they replied & asked me for snapshot of the outer box & inner box . I sent everything.Again i continuously start messaging for return pick up. Finally on 1 Feb 2022 blue dart courier boy Shivam came to my place & picked up the product . On same day evening I got a message that product is successfully picked up . But as a refund he returned zero 0 rs .while I have paid 2109 rs for the product . I continuously messaging Paytm shopping mall customer care but they are not responding . They have not refunded my money.its totally fraud
