4years back the building was known as bhut kothi.. Now it is the place of various offices. It infrastructure remains the same
12 storage building but existence till 5th floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to classes here as part of IIT for 2 years. The rooms are large and spacious. Elevators are provided and functional. The renovation done seemed ok considering the earlier state the building was in.
