★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a consumer and my experience while dealing with CESU has not been impressive.
Employees especially concerned JEs need to be more sensible and accountable for the quality of power supply and faults there on .
In most cases ,they wait for the accidents to occur rather than acting before the accident happens .
For example Sparks or fire near Transformers, Extra power load on Transformer, Dangling live wires , Loose electrical poles which may fall down any moment , we informed the concerned JE but no result.
