Service was very good while purchasing, their executive shared a couple of videos as per my doubts, delivery was also smooth. The chair quality is good and comfortable. I felt some mechanism problem in the chair, called the owner, their team arranged I pickup and got it replaced it within a few days. Happy ending :) I defiantly recommend Office-Mantra for chairs and other workstation needs.
