At a nominal fee of Rs 2,000/- they offered me a couple of sessions touching various aspects related to the property and the purchase and helped me clarify some of my points. I was guided through the steps involved that helped me in my decision making. Because of technical point uncovered during our discussions, I did not go ahead with the investment. I really like their bespoke services.
