★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience. I needed to go in person to receive the pizza. The delivery time was about 30min. I was waiting for almost 1.30 hours still no call or delivery received. Helpline number response was also worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of pizza is good but this outlet in particular lacks in customer service. There was a technical glitch in one of my orders that placed my order and payment was done, but the order was never delivered. I even have the order number which shows as pending as confirmed by one other outlet of Oven Story. But this outlet refuses to confirm that order was pending. I have attached order nunber here which still shows option to track meaning it's pending but the outlet has stopped accepting my phone calls and the Oven Story customer care number published everywhere is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Recently ordered Veg Pizza and Garlic bread from this store via Swiggy. Service was quick took 35 mins to deliver. This was the first time I ordered from Oven Story but turn out a good choice. The taste was good. Price is moderate compare to Domino's and Pizza Hut. There Party order is the best option for a party of 5-6 or 8-10 people which include party poppers as well. There "Semizzas" (Half Pizza) order is unique where you can combine 2 half pizzas into one. Also, they have many dessert and side options to add into your order.
