★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Located at good spot. 2 minutes drive from NH-24.
2. At time of posting this review several good companies like Kronos, Tavant, TCS, Aeris etc. have their office space in Okaya Center.
3. Has 3 playing yards, for basketball and other sports.
4. Now a days they've given it a beautiful touch like an open restaurant so it feels quite good.
Some negative things I found were
1. single level of basement parking, so only 35-40% of total vehicles are parked in it. Rest are parked on ground floor and remaining vehicles are left with main road parking spot. First come first get your parking card process. So people come early generally.
2.If you are coming for interview after 10 in your vehicle then surely you're going to park outside. If you come after 12 then forget about outside parking as well.
3. I think cafetaria rent is very high due to which vendors keep changing every couple of months. Also due to this food cost vs quality is not justified in this cafetaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ground is filled with full of green plants and the area of this ground is very huge and normally people's come here to play or morning walk and evening walk . There is a tea stall near by so it's quite refreshing to have some tea after some fresh air ??
