★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unitech always has been a better choice for an office world creation. They totally turn over the place in to a relaxing and eye catching which is much required for a stressful work life. Unitech construction are also better in terms of food and beverages options combining with office. Overall you will enjoy working in this arena.

Cons: Apart from location, nothing is considered as good for working place.
Still some part is under construction.
Parking is unexpectedly high. Security gaurds and it's officers are too rude (never seen else where). Lack of open space. There is no pedestrian way on both gates. If you are walking, you will be humiliated and have to keep eye on vehicles.
Lift is too slow, you can't take half stairs and half lift.
Waterlogging is problem in rainy days.

Here you will get all facility and maintenance is too good here. As per my knowledge currently there are 7-8 IT company are working. Currently Amazon has taken multiple floors to run their own setup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better places to work at, in this part of India. Still it's nothing like what you are used to in Europe. Offices were clean and food court had some amazing food. The chaos is just outside the gates. There is a security checking all the cars so it feels safe.
