The range claimed by Okinawa for i-Praise is totally wrong. I purchased this 1.5LAKH scooter considering my weekly Satara Pune commute but it failed to stand by my expectations. As against claimed range of 160+KM, I am getting around 85 KM. I'm constantly trying to get details about this issue from corporate HQ but no satisfactory response till date. Satara dealer is good as they atleast respond sometimes. Hope range issue gets resolved otherwise consumer court toh hai hi.... Hope Okinawa understands the gravity of the situation...

My daughter has started her first job for which I was looking to gift her a scooter so that it would be easy and comfortable for her to travel every day, especially these days I don’t want her to be dependent on public transport. After finding out about different scooters, styles, features, my heart was set on Okinawa Scooters. When I gifted it to my daughter she was beyond happy. She completely loves the Scooter. It is light weight and stylish. But what she loves the most about it is that it is eco-friendly. The generation has been taught about the importance of Earth and its depleting sources and she is glad to make a difference in her own way.

March, 2018 : Purchase of electric scooter from M/s Vishal Motors, Mumbai . December, 2018: During 2nd service, problem with motor detected, but diagnosed by Vishal Motors as weak battery related issue. January, 2019: Shifted, went to SRK Ventures, Kandivali, Mumbai. (Due to convenience of proximity to home). February, 2019 : Okinawa service engineer diagnosis to fault with sensor of Motor. May, 2019: Email sent to customer care. (no response). June, 2019: New service engineer promised to look into it., but no further development. August, 2019: Some movement seen, (still no response to emails). November, 2019: Scooter sent to SRK Ventures for replacement of sensor, after 2 weeks sensor replaced but problem persists. December, 2019: third service engineer, finally admits to a faulty motor and promises replacement. February, 2020: Dealer asks for proof of purchase. February, 2020: I raised doubts raised about malfunctioning batteries due to long idling (no recharging & discharging of batteries). March, 2020: New replacement motor arrives, India under total lockdown due to Covid19. June, 2020: Scooter still with SRK Ventures.

Scooter is good but service is very poor They don't have manners even how to talk to customer They don't have required skills to solve the problems Worst service as compare to other electric scooters like HERO I am very upset after purchasing Okinawa praise. My Okinawa praise is on guarantee i purchase this 5 month ago and recently i ride Okinawa praise and suddenly tire unbalance and and my scooter hitting down on damage road aria and after this effect rim was banded and damage and company don,t take any responsibility for this and in guarantee period they should charge for repair this Service is the main USP of any product If service fails then product also

No point of contact. The vehicles may be good but no follow-up from showroom, no area sales manager appointed, no reply to the emails sent, number on website just rings but never answered. Infact doesn't know if such company exists apart from website. Hard to trust such company.

I worst service I have experienced in my life. Neither company don't bother for service nor dealer. I request public don't even dare to buy okinawa scooter They are making only fool of people's.

Worst service company. Its just been 8months and they refused to give warranty everytime the problem comes. They want to charge everytime some amount and they call it a free service.

I mentioned below comments in October 2021 and no body felt it was true. Now you see customers dying, vehicles and Showrooms burning. I just hope their factory doesn't burn due their reckless ness. ,...................................................... Any idea why so many Dealers have closed across India? Customers complaining that Warranty replacement takes 6-8 months for replacement? Dealers filing RTI to know if the subsidy is cleared or not ? Why so much attrition of employees. Are the employees not being paid salaries,? Any plans to raise funds. How funds are raised when the customers and dealers are unhappy. No response from Management. Calls to MD/ MD mam/ Sr. Management goes unanswered
