★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very bad and dealer is not cooperative. My Vehicle registration is pending from last 40 days and counting and dealer doesn't give proper explanation for delay. If you are planning to buy Okinawa bike, think twice before investing your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really planning to buy the i-praise but reading the reviews and also my personal experience about the staff at this location I have decided not to buy the bike.
Firstly when you buy any product which is so costly you need one thing that is mentally one must be stress free,For which service is essential.
I had to literally call the people several times to provide details and also follow up on wats app.
These people are very lazy and I think for such high end bikes you cannot hire 5000₹ sales and customer service people.
If this is the response before buying I am sure after sales is a concept these people are not aware off.
Only one dealer I think they cannot handle the load.
Now I am forced to buy a bike of another brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to sell me repaired speed controller, n when I said it's not the new then they tried me to convince so hard to take it, n when I purchase it then in two days same controler stop working believe me never to trust a guy name harsh in that stop. Totally thug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The review is for the dealership. I bought the I praise from him in August, 2020. Till date he has not given me insurance paper and RC book. Okinawa product is good but this dealership is pathetic. They dont bother to pick up calls and respond to customers. Worse service.
