★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is worst. Its been around 2 months still my hero optima motor not serviced. Im told that motor has been sent for replacement to company. Every time i call or visit shop they give reasons like company does have stock, low labour, next week we will get update from company, owner of shop is not there, etc etc. In short after sales service is worst. Im fed up of them now. No one is listening. I dont have anything with me. Dont know whom to complain and when will i get my scooty back.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased bike very bad body part is weak in few month u will face lots of problem. Behaviour is bad no service after sale .all service u have to pay and all parts are costly mirror cost u 350 . I had purchased bike on 2 April almost all parts have been repaired eg relay elated,connector of battery replaced 2 times (cost each connector 350), indicator is removed easily after small jerk,all body parts I have apply clip so that it will not removed,motor rim is weak it bend easily if pot hole is there on road . On 8 month I had claimed 3 time insurance cover. Front and back Mud guard is weak it will bewak easily by small jet. In few month all body part will detach. Behaviour of dealer is very bad . They talk talk nicely and charge exactorbitory for small repair. Even for small repair u have to wait for 1 week

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of this monil cycle is very rudly, they are not talking properly with customer they are not even showing the specification of scooty properly just telling book the scooty sir , wah ! The first staff that i have seen such a reputed company hero electric.Even there is no chair to seat for a customer. So guys don't book your scooty from this dealer....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hero electric dealer. Doest care about customer they just want to extort money from the customer. Never buy or service your wheel here. The owner is very rude. Only cares about money. The owner owns a cycle shop and has that same mentality. Not at all professional dealer.
Avoid this dealer if you can or else your bike buying experience would ne ruined. #heroelectric #worst #dealer.
