★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales staff and production staff is pathetic no one take the responsibility they take around three month to deliver my material and my home delayed 4 months due to sales staff wrong commitments and nor even bother to pick my phone. I give 5 stars due to only installation team thy are very prompt and experienced. Mr. Niranjan who heads installation team is very cooperative and professional.
Other then Mr. Niranjan all are unprofessional and sorry to say rude stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with okna design. They are only good till they want your money as soon as you transfer them they show there real service. I am regretting giving my site to them. Specially if you are not from delhi they will not pick calls and will give you worst experience of there service. Think 1000 times before giving them your site.

The quality of product is very good (UPVC-Salamander). Particularly, the communication channel with Sushil (Okna’s one of the main Sales Executive) has been excellent.
