I wonder how much they have paid to fake reviewers to fool innocent people like us.
I have already borne a loss but i don't want anyone else to face the same.
Guys they are frauds in the start they will be very humble but once you have paid them
the money you have to scrub your nose on their shoes. Don't expect any support from their misbehaved employees with heights of arrogance.
I regret to choose them and will never ever indulge in any of their services.

I really wanted some peace and quiet within the home away from the noises of the outside world. Their sound proof doors have finally helped me achieve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy EITI products, absolute non cooperation for 'after sales services', we kept writing/calling them (ankur-Delhi) but never received any response. Hope the company will look into this and ensure that goodwill is not hampered by the inaction for some of its persons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased upvc double glazed sound proof windows.
Overall very bad experience.
1. Normal aluminum widow with normal glass does better sound proofing than lesso sound proof double glaze upvc window.
2. Order delivery delayed by double the no.of days committed.
3. Window delivered without glass and then installation team left.
4. I had to live and spend night in this cold season with lot of mosquitoes for almost 24 hours.
Think many times before you order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of Lesso raw materials, I.e., the profiles might look apparently okay but quality of the local manufacturing unit is pathetic.
No sliding window panel aligns squarely with the outer frame sides, meaning if you align with the lock end, the other end leaves a tapered gap on either the top or bottom. When pointed out to the company representative supervising the installation, he callously declares that customer should be worried only about locking end and NOT BOTH the ends!
Greatly disappointed with the chalta hai attitude of Indian fabricators giving a bad name to the parent supply company. I had a video showing this defect where my local contractor and the company supervisor could be seen but there is no provision to upload vedio. Sadly Lesso has no email or feedback form to accept any complaints from the customers. Also this site won’t let me upload photos!
