★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to give less than as no taxis will be available and forcefully the person attending Ola zone asked not to visit again , as well as taxis also ask to come direct without Ola ,
However Ola company shall be responsible as from arrival gate to Ola zone they ask to show qr cod and take any taxies wheras no one is responsible to reply or customer care in zone
Donot visit Ola or any taxis zone in kial , worst service in airport wheras many govt (kstdc) available at exit better take that buy costly

Don't hesitate to Speak up with driver. So that only he will turn on AC or wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's right beside the airport bus stand. You can book from Ola app itself and then any ola taxi to take you too Bangalore City as it's about 40 km far from Bangalore Urban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried using Ola to travel towards city center, but it didn't happened. After booking they ask us to cancle the ride and wanted us to book privately (same rates sometimes more than the Ola price) .
I left Ola and used flyby bus perfect transport to enter the city ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Even senior citizens are forced to stand in queue for an hour during rush hours, when cabs are less frequent. Also OLA has unnecessary increased the fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst crime racket being run by these people. Very unsafe and uncivil. Rampant violation by miscreants in name of OLA agents. You book a cab and the driver shows up with other people inside, and asks you to cancel the ride, then screams back. Wasted one hour at midnight here and worst part is when you call OLA emergency for help they cut the phone.
Further update after 10 days: OLA has not only ignored this complaint, they have also charged us 50 Rs cancellation fee for this issue?!!
