★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the important stations of Delhi. But still there's only one bus for south delhi (mehrauli, green park, r k puram and nearby areas) which is 502 & that too runs overcrowded and with below average frequency. Better take metro for those locations.

The new gate on Kashmiri Gate side is spacious and open..Though it has only minimum of facilities as of now..
16 no. Platform is towards Kashmiri gate side..

Train to almost all destinations and if not then get train for old delhi to new delhi or nizamuddin station.
Also near to kashmiri gate ISBT from where buses to all destinations.
Station id old so not as much clean but ok now a days.
Free Google WiFi is available for all.
McDonald's facility inside railway station is available.
Station is built in old style un form of arches and tomb gives a rich culture heritage look.
Parking space is available.
Cab services like ola and uber are available with pick up points.
Be cautious about safety of yourself if not aware of this place earlier.
