★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so clean with all facilities. Good seating space. Buses on the counter. Simply go and avail. But enquiry counters if one requires found closed say of Chandigarh transport and so is of Punjab Roadways. Should ensure that enquiries remain open for customer facilitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very large bus station with buses from various routes. Although very unclean, badly managed. Most counters of the govt bus are empty with no one to reply well. Crowded with a lot of hawkers. Inside campus is still fine but security wise and facility wise a lot better can be done.

Fast food stalls, book store, cloth shop, public toilet, full air conditioning❄? waiting hall, parking available here base on an owner risk, here a counter for the help of enternce the help is available at both entrance, advance ticket book counter....
You can book also advance tickets via your phone.....
You can purchase the ticket direct from the conducter in a bus...
For seat you can purchase the ticket from the ticket counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best and largest ISBT of Delhi. Major states bus are available here. You can easily get govt AC non AC buses for all North region, including UP, etc. Most of the private buses are also plying through outside of this ISBT (from main road)such as zing bus, Laxmi holidays etc.
